Monica Musso: Blow up solution for the energy critical heat equation, Lecture I

In this course we will discuss some classical results on phenomena of blow-up for solutions of the critical Fujita equations. We will present some results on infinite time blow-up and also on finitetime blow-up successfully obtained in recent years using the inner-outer method. We will explain this
method and its possible applications in other contexts.
