a good year 2014, a lot of fights PPV, new names like Walters and Crawford, beautiful knockouts from Gennady Golovkin, but it is a pity that we never saw the fight GGG vs Chavez Jr, it would be a fight of the year 2014, where the epic battle would beat GGG by Ko, I think the fight of the year should be a fight Lukassa the Matisse against Molina or Crawford against Gamboa boxer of the year Sergey Kovalev or Walters or Crawford, not an honest decision and robbery battle between Canelo, Erislandy Lara

How is Cotto beating an injured Martinez a thing to remember? I understand marketing but geez tone it down and stop trying to hype Cotto up. On top of that he hasn't even talked about defending his title, if he does, that would be almost a full year since he fought . Lame.
When you got GGG, Thurman, Rigo fighting multiple times a year (not including injuries)

seeing this makes me realize how bad 2014 was in terms of matchmaking. No surprises in any fight. Cotto vs. Maritnez = a joke! Any bout with Golovkin = clear from the beginning (yet credits to him for fighting so much). Mayweather making money without taking any risk in fighting Maidana twice. Klitschko keeps reigning. I could go on like this... there were only two notable fights on world class level: Walters vs Donaire and Crawford vs. Gamboa. Let´s hope for a better 2015 because in 2014 not much happened...
