That black one was destined to fail. A classical style body typically isn't meant to have steel strings, and you should've told us whether there was even a truss rod because a classical doesn't have one

1:05 not really a problem.... several Taylor steelstring guitars have "classical" headstock. The 322e is a great example.

Idk if you still have that blue guitar, but maybe change the strings, change the frets (get them in the right spot), etc. Sometimes cheap guitar just have shitty ass strings and frets are misplaced.
Idk if that makes sense, my English isn't that great lol. But maybe you can test how it would sound after ''upgrading'' your guitar
