Vertis North - New Mall from Ayala Philippines
Показать описание
Vertis North is the latest and greatest development from Ayala Philippines. I'm a big fan of Ayala developments because they always include 'green' outdoor areas, plenty of food places, interesting shops and clean, well maintained bathrooms,
For those wondering about the location, it's across Trinoma and near SM North EDSA. Aside from the mall there's also office and residential spaces but I don't have any details about that, I just saw some posters about it.
If you look at Uptown in BGC, Circuit Makati and Vertis North you can clearly see that Ayala are focussed on creating mini cities where people can live, work and play without having to go out and battle the Manila traffic.
They have 3 cinemas, two have regular screens but every seat is a lazy boy chair. The other one has the biggest cinema screen in the Philippines and a mix of regular seating and VIP lazy boy seating on the upper levels. While I like the lazy boy chairs, the viewing angles aren't as good as some of the central lower seats.
Being an Ayala development, there's also free GoWifi from Globe. In my testing I saw speeds between 5 and 10 Mbps. Good enough for chat apps, Youtube and probably anything else you want to do but it's not going to wow you with high speed like UPTC does.
