What lessons from the past can politicians learn and use for the shortcomings in the current status quo?
Political history shows that social, political and economic tensions are inseparable from each other. Also because additional tensions are caused by all kinds of ideologies and political influence and power structures within developed systems, the peace between the groups involved is cruelly disrupted and put to the test. Both in the twenties and the current period we see a rebellious youth looming in the USA who rebel against the long-standing traditions of, for example, the freedom of speech. They are inclined to give a different interpretation to the freedom of expression than that for which it was intended. Groups want to break with old traditions, customs and views. This can be seen in the openly daring criticism and the demolition of historically placed images because they do not agree with them. Another example is that the opinions of those who think differently are neither tolerated nor respected than their own right. In other words, abolishing listening to the reasoning and engaging in a serious discussion on the basis of reason is no longer possible. It is chosen to silence the discussion. The current mass media also helps a hand by consciously using the news medium to talk about itself as news than the actual event itself as news. In this way the mass is influenced and thus misled, by prescribing cosmetic news that does not show any correspondence with the actual events. The mass media is thus used as a mass propaganda means, which in my opinion absolutely must not be possible.

A new wave of luck seekers.
At the gates of the USA are already a group of several thousand immigrants who want to try their luck in the promised land. Because their government makes it impossible to offer them the perspective on which they have had to wait for so long. The result is that they choose to enter the USA illegally. In order to turn this tide, the POTUS could design a plan for the whole of South America and the Caribbean, which would have many similarities with the Marshall Plan after the 2nd World War. This means that now more consciously than the Marshall Plan new political, social and economic structures will be introduced for the entire American hinterland. This is how fundamental reforms are made in existing social structures. These areas will then be tighter in the American social sphere of influence with trade, shipping and banking because of industrial and economic injections. Greater employment and better structures will also enable the economies in the South, Central and Caribbean regions to develop better, with migration flows remaining limited. The new organization will also bring more peace to the massive land relocation from the south and the Caribbean.

That a real coup attempt has been in the making and continues. I knew this already 2 years ago. The many foreclosures to make the Mueller research go ahead speaks volumes. Affected members will do everything to keep the investigation going.

Thiessen's argument does not hold up. He says Trump's actions open the door to a Democrat president to do the same thing. That's a red herring because if Trump did not declare an emergency that does not stop a future president from declaring an emergency for some thing. Similarly, I don't see how declaring an emergency precludes Thiessen's $55B sequester plan.


As to doing the emergency I agree that it is not clear that he had to do it. The only thing I can think of is that it was done for political reasons. What these reasons are I don't know but Trump has often taken an unconventional route and came out OK. With this in mind I'm not as judgmental as Thiessen and looking forward to see how this plays out.

He did not want to take the bribe of DACA being allowed to flourish and contaminate the country from the inside out, in exchange for the appearance of having a secure country, by building a wall. He wants to Country secure on the inside and on the outside, which is why he refused DACA and insisted on having the wall as well. You did the right thing!
