ACE Winches is a global leader in the design, manufacture and hire of hydraulic winches, marine deck machinery and provision of associated hire personnel for the offhore oil and gas, marine and renewable energy, and construction markets.

This video maps the design, manufacture, testing, installation and commissioning of ACE Winches' Active Heave Compensation (AHC) Winch System. In the early summer months of 2011, the AHC Winch System was installed and commissioned for Oceaneering on board the Russell Tide in preparation for deepwater work for BP Angola in Block 31.
