I Surprised My Cat with a Luxury Spa Day

Today, I’m treating Kurt to the ultimate luxury cat spa day to help him relax and unwind! 🐱
Recently, Kurt’s been a little more anxious than usual, so I decided it was time to go all out with a full pampering session. We’re trying every cat spa product and relaxation technique I could find — from soothing aromatherapy and cozy towels to calming massages and even a mini “paw-dicure”!

Throughout the video, you’ll see Kurt’s journey from curious and cautious to (hopefully) fully relaxed. I’ll take you step-by-step through the setup of his peaceful retreat, complete with gentle lighting, nature sounds, and all the fancy spa essentials. By the end of this luxury spa day, my goal is to have Kurt drifting off peacefully… but will he actually relax, or will he just run away from each new treatment? Love you guys, Kurt is so very tame no matter what you do, that shows what a great dad you are. Some fyi’s…as a vet tech…be careful, too many “products” isn’t good for them…ear wipes ARE good, if you don’t let him smell them first, lol!😊For a cat? The best spa day is time with their human, he loves being rolled up, THATS SO COOL, watching him practice his natural hunting skills with toys, so playtime a must, sun bathing another great spa treatment, scratches behind ears, brushing, petting him, and providing love, which you do so well, gives him the best spa day ever. p.s.: play is one of the best ways to help a cat feel comfortable in a new environment! they may not be ready immediately but its a huge help after their first few days

some cats relax to music, too, you just need to make sure it's at a low enough volume for them, lots of kitties have sensitive ears

also, grooming activities like brushing, nail clipping, and even heavy/quick petting can stimulate cats instead of relaxing them--I actually have to play with my cat every time I do these lol. that massager sure made kurt look hella engaged though lolol
