How To Clean Your A/C Coils in 2023 for MAX COLD Air Conditioning Boost + Web Coil Cleaner Review
Показать описание
In this video, I explain how to clean your A/C coils with WEB Coil Cleaner. This is a simple Do-It-Yourself task that you can do in 20-30 minutes when you have the time.
The steps to cleaning your A/C & HVAC units are the following:
1) Ensure you turn off the electrical breaker to your A/C unit to stay safe and avoid being shocked and or electrocuted by your A/C unit when spraying with A/C coil cleaner or when flushing with your garden hose.
--- Remember -- SAFETY FIRST!
2) SHAKE the can of coil cleaner well. Spray liberally to your A/C coils and/or condenser fins.
3) Break time!! Take a quick 10-minute break to allow the coil cleaner to work into the dirt, grime, and build-up in order to break it down and loosen it up to be rinsed away with your garden hose in the next step.
4) Rinse the cleaner, dirt & grime buildup away with your garden hose. Do not use any excessively high-pressure water here, such as a pressure washer to ensure you avoid damaging the coils/fins on your A/C unit.
5) For excessive dirt and grime buildup, ensure you purchase enough coil cleaner for 2 separate applications of the coil cleaner and the above mentioned step-by-step process.
6) Allow enough time to allow your unit to dry before restarting your unit back up.
There you have it! A simple process to keep your A/C bill down and your A/C unit's cooling efficiency up! Nothing wrong with colder air and a lower air conditioning bill, right!? :)
