I told my friend about this, her mum works at a bank. A vault is opened minimum once every business day. So people knew she was in there and left her to die. This is horrible, Sarah must have been suffering so much. People don’t deserve to die that way.

HER DAD KNEW SHE WAS IN THERE AND HE LEFT HER TO DIE OMG. This is so upsetting, this is so sad, I can't even imagine being so young and being locked in a room with little air, no food, no water and just dying, that's so upsetting :( rest in peace Sarah Winsor

I used to work at a bank and I was always lowkey terrified of getting stuck in the vault. Every bank is different however for the most part, they do not have windows or any type of ventilation. (We had to take a portable fan in ours while counting the cash because it would get significantly warmer in there due to the lack of ventilation) Vaults are also fireproof so they are completely sealed off so that in the case of an emergency the contents within the vault are safe. Needless to say, if somebody was locked in they would 100% suffocate to death. It is also worth mentioning that the walls are extremely thick so even if you were screaming your lungs out nobody would hear you. And finally, vaults have "timers" set to ensure that they can not be opened during closed hours. (example: if the timer is set to 8 hours then the vault would not open AT ALL until the 8 hours have passed) Once the timer is set and the vault is fully closed there is no humanly way possible to open the vault until the timer runs up. (We had to be very careful setting the timers because if we set them to long, they would not be open on time the next day) With all of this being said, I feel so bad for that little girl because that must have been a horrific experience. I've worked for a couple banks and I'll tell you that there is no way the vault went 9 days with no one going in there. The vault is opened and used every single business day, multiple times a day. If she was locked in the vault more than one person knew about it.

The way she said "Daddy knew!" It was just so sad. What did even Sarah do to get this type of death by her own father? She was just a sweet little girl. She didn't deserve this.
