Reflections on Practice by Paul Dallaghan at Samahita Retreat, Koh Samui, Thailand
Показать описание
As we were making the videos for Samahita Retreat on Koh Samui, Thailand, we did an impromptu shoot of Paul Dallaghan doing a mixture of practice for about 45 minutes. When we looked at it we decided it would be a great monograph on practice at 40 with 15 years of continuous practice.
He initially wanted to say "couldn't do that at 25 but somehow am still at 40" but instead the idea of a reflection on practice came about. So here it is, a mixture of moves in no particular sequence, with the words of reflection and beautiful music from Daphne Tse.
Samahita Retreat was established in 2003 on Koh Samui, and is known as the island’s hidden gem. Formerly known as “Yoga Thailand”, our boutique, full service retreat center features 40 rooms, a detox and wellness center and the celebrated health-food restaurant. Sattva Dining.
Samahita Retreat is a small, intimate retreat center located on a peaceful beach, away from the busy tourist areas and chosen for its proximity to the important cultural and historical landmark, Laem Sor Pagoda. Read more
