This video is mostly correct. Vegeta’s character is more consistent and satisfying than sasuke, it’s a lot more deep and creative than gohan’s, and it’s a whole lot less convoluted and a lot more reasonable than eren’s. However, this video falls apart when it says he’s better than goku. Goku is the apex of dragon ball characterization, besides MAYBE frieza, and I think more people REALLY need to understand that. Goku’s character has so many layers and so many stories to tell. He has the story of hard-work can beat talent, that you need to accept who you are and what your history is, that the true strength of people isn’t the individual, but the journey that has guided them, and that your family doesn’t need to live the legacy you’ve created, and that’s not even all of them. Goku as a character is SO good, and it really sucks people can’t see this.
