so actually, the story is that the man who made these costumes made them when he was feeling lonely like no friends, so he made the costumes so he no longer lonely. later ho got a bit popular and he bring these costumes with himself for events, and one day someone stole the costumes when he wasn't close to them, and later he got an email where was this video and he posted this because it represent his past life where he left lonely and these costumes take care of him...

It has actually been debunked that the creator of the outfits did stage the entire thing for publicity (including the outfits actually being stolen). It was debunked as another video showing them getting another "victim" was clearly just an actor from one of the creators live shows.
