As an introvert I can confirm that sometimes when I worked retail if I didn't feel like helping a customer I'd just say that I was on my break and would get someone else to help them, then I'd go to the bathroom even if I didn't need to go. At the last department store that I worked at I was the only guy that worked there, and most customers were female, so it was basically my own personal bathroom.

Your team dynamic is absolutely something I want in my own retro store I want to own one day. You all seemingly work excellently together and enjoy what you do genuinely.

This should tell you everything you need to know, Aside from my recent coworker experience of someone who hated me for zero reason and continually trashed my store and made my life difficult with no repercussions and was just moved to another store after I continually complained.

I despise how GameStop does business and treats their employees. Yet here I am, slowly working at becoming an ASL. Kill me now.
