More Biqu Upgrades: Jetpack, Panda Extruder and Panda Claw

I think your videos are great. But... please could you invest in a camera set up that takes video from above. It'll help ensure ficus is continuous and make it much more comfortable for you - heck printing off an overhead phone mount would make a great video! If you could also change out your mat to something plain so that we can see the components that would be a bonus. I don't want to sound negative, but I think with a few small tweaks you'll make a huge benefit.

As for this video. After watching I think I might just make the upgrade. Keep it up.

I got a Panda claw & the extruder enclosure frame too, but I think they're going to sit in my X1C spares box until a gear needs replacing - The only (to me anyway!) reason I can see to replace it is if something was broken or if I had ringing (It is significantly lighter!) and at the mo I have neither, I've got four of them and will replace as and when they break - Not to mention putting undue stress on those companion boards is not my favourite thing to do

Thanks for the video, though. If you're like me even if you're comfortable with these things and could do it without a video or guide, you still look on youtube to make sure you're not going to mess it up and there were zero videos until yours came out

Hey Mate. The pad you use to work on drives your camera's focus crazy. If you change that, your focus issues should be gone

I started using these same 3 BQ parts since a week or two before you video. I would not recommend the Jetpack.
The problems is the Jetpack wraps around the nozzle. To get it on or OFF it needs to come up from the bottom. This is a problem if it has a print under or is over the poop shoot. I have had two prints fail and the cover came off and knocked the print over. It is debatable if the standard cover would have.
The other problem is I had a clog that I needed to get to the nozzle. the print auto paused, as it should. But the cover would not come off when over the poop shoot (home) and during a print you can't move the head.
have no problem with the Extruder and Claw. But I would not recommend the Jetpack

Bro.. not only are the parts downgrades, not upgrades.. but how did you not watch this during editing or post and realize that half the dang shot is out of focus and needs to get reshot?..

If you dig up reviews on these they have been terrible. Thanks for being a salesmen for BQ but you're not helping your viewers one bit. The claw is heavier and will add inertia and reviewers had said extruder performance is worse, noisier, and created a lot of dust. The only thing worth considering is their build plates which is pretty decent.
