Alprazolam is a common benzodiazepine in medical settings that is also taken for recreational purposes. It's normally used for anxiety and panic disorder, though it has antidepressant properties. It's recreational effects include anxiolysis, disinhibition, and euphoria. It was the top benzodiazepine in the US within a few years of its introduction. The substance has remained one of the most common psychoactive medicines. Alprazolam is a prescription medication used to treat anxiety and panic disorders. Alprazolam belongs to a class called benzodiazepines. These work by lowering abnormal excitement in the brain. Alprazolam comes in tablet and oral solution forms and is usually taken two or three times a day, with or without food. Common side effects of alprazolam include sleepiness, lightheadedness, tiredness, and loss of coordination. Alprazolam can also cause drowsiness. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery until you know alprazolam affects you. Immediate-release tablets: 0.25 to 0.5 mg orally administered 3 times a day -Maximum dose: 4 mg/day. Usual Adult Dose for Panic Disorder: Immediate-release tablets: 0.5 mg orally administered 3 times a day. -Maximum dose: 10 mg/day. Extended-release tablets: -Initial dose: 0.5 to 1 mg orally once a day -Maintenance dose: 3 to 6 mg orally per day, preferably in the morning -Maximum dose: 10 mg/day. Xanax is a prescription medicine used to treat the symptoms of anxiety, panic disorder, and anxiety associated with depression. Xanax may be used alone or with other medications. Xanax belongs to a class called Antianxiety Agents, Anxiolytics, Benzodiazepines. It is not known if Xanax is safe and effective in children younger than 18 years of age. Like other benzodiazepines, alprazolam binds to specific sites on the GABAA receptor. It is commonly used for the medical treatment of panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), or social anxiety disorder (SAD).

Man the first time i did xanax. I didnt think that 3-6 was enough to make me Black out. After the 5-6th pill i was full autopilot and out of character my gf has ever seen and somehow i still had more xanax😭😂luckely she took care of me the whole weekend. came to my senses after sunday night.
