Hi everyone, I hope you've had a great week? So I'm taking a look at M&S today, both with their new season collection but also their quality too and sharing a few different ways to style each piece. Hopefully giving you all lots of ideas and inspiration and I'd love to hear your favourite?

In other news my little man has his first ever football match today so I'll be doing my Soccer Mum bit today! I'm not allowed to cheer apparently, it's embarrassing haha!

I am old enough to remember the ski pants craze of the 60’s worn with “go go” boots from the same fashion era. I liked the functionality of the pants not riding up while participating in an activity like skiing or just sitting around in the lodge looking fabulous (tongue and cheek). This was usually worn with a structured aline top in a vibrant color or an alpaca sweater. I was young but a fashion protégé. I started sewing and making my clothes by hand. My father witnessed my industriousness and gifted me with a sewing machine. That was the beginning of my fashion journey. I started up-cycling and remaking my older sisters and mother’s clothing into stylish adaptations of the styles of the moment. Ahhh 🤔 memories!

Hi Jess. I’m really pleased you highlighted M&S in your haul today. I honestly feel they’ve had a rough ride over the last few years with many stores closing down and having the reputation of being dated. Personally, I admire the fact that they’re fighting back with eco fabrics and updated styles. They still maintain quality with some real gems in their ranges which you showed in your video today. I will certainly try to continue supporting a store I’ve grown up with !🧡🍂🍁

I have always been a fan of M&S and was disappointed when their store in The Hague closed. Their quality to price ratio is excellent and some of my first cashmere sweaters are from M&S. I like the pieces that you bought and my favourites are the sweater, dress and coat. I’m going to admire the stirrup trend from afar as my feeling is “been there, done that” 😌

M&S have really upped their game recently & is now one of my go to stores. The stirrup leggings outfit was very Bardot ! X

Good morning Jess, 😊and you definitely made my morning. I initially was introduced to M&S 22 years ago, and at the time thought, nice, but a bit oldy type look. I didn't bother much until lately, (10 yrs now) which now, that I know better, the styles, quality and value for your money is definitely worth it. The leggings with the heels are definitely a YES!!! sexy and elegant!! Loved the coat, as I'm on the look out for a camel coat (maybe not a robe type) but something that is classy and yet I can wear with jeans. Loved the cable knit as well with the wide leg trousers. There's a M&S near my house, and I know what I'm doing Monday morning! Lovely to see you Sunday mornings, with your cheerful voice and beautiful smile!! Have a nice day gorgeous!! 😘

What a great surprise! I really like M&S so I really liked this video! I don't see any fashion influencer showing pieces from their collection, which is a pity, as I believe they have a much better quality than a lot of fast fsshion or high street brands. I would love to see some more selections from M&S! The leggings look amazing on you! The coat, although I can understand is not what you have in mind, looks so beautiful and luxurious!

The leggings look great: keep them! I remember having a second hand pair in the 80s, which I loved, but haven’t yet tried the trend again. I have that jumper, and also sized up, though probably could have gone even bigger for a more slouchy look. I had a Hobbs camel coat for Christmas 3 and years ago, but feel the style is a little too structured for me now. I then found a second hand Marella camel coat in a far more relaxed shape, and find I wear that more - good luck with your search. My local M&S is too small to stock the more interesting styles, and pre-Covid, I enjoyed wandering around the Marble Arch branch to see the better things in the flesh - I need to feel things before I buy!

I love the ski pants and how you have styled them, I would have done exactly what you said and hid them in my ankle boots but I now will try them this way

A lovely collection of pieces from M&S. The camel coat, cable knit sweater, knit dress, and surprisingly the stirrups stand out for me. I wore stirrup pants as a teenager, so I was planning to skip the trend this time around. However, they look amazing on you, both dressed up and down.

Love all the outfits. .can't wait to try these styling tips next Autumn.. stirrups I wore them in the 80s and loved them . I wore with push down socks etc...swore never again but after seeing you in them they look amazing...the jumpers are gorgeous....thankyou xx

You look fabulous in everything. The Curated have a beautiful camel coat that is more like a dressing gown but it does come with a higher price tag.
