Antiparticles aren't moving backwards in time, but particles with negative energy have a backwards "arrow of time". As for the possibility of information going back in time, I think that would have to be specifically engineered rather than arising from evolution since evolution would be a one way track

But retro-causality is even simpler than that. The only reason why today it is true that I will one day be a corpse, it is because there is a me in the future that is a corpse. This is specially true, if you hold a transcendentalist account of causation and can also be true under an immanent account of causality (yet there are more options).
