Thank you. Is there a way to modify a calculated field once you create it or do you need to delete it and re-add it?

When I try to calculate two fields like you do in this video, I get a message "There 's a problem with this formula", No trying a type an apostrophe...." Also when I have the Fields window where I can make my selection, clicking on one of these fields to get these in the formula, the field name has many I need to delete... but formula does not work and this is with equal sign... Any suggestions please?
