For the people that have the V-sync option grayed out, close out of the game you're running and reopen Citra. You can't disable V-sync while a game is running.

GUYS I FIGURED IT OUT. IF YOU'RE STILL HAVING TROUBLES AFTER THIS NEW UPDATE CITRA 1913 TURN OFF SURROUND SOUND MODE. SYSTEM --> SYSTEM TAB --> SOUND OUTPUT MODE --> SET IT TO STEREO. ALSO MAKE SURE SETTINGS ARE SET TO HOW THEY SHOULD BE IN VIDEO. HOPE THIS HELPS.

Crank all the settings of the graphics, and go General tab and to emulation speed and increase that to unlock the fps, what it does is speed up the game though

Thank you! Citra was running fine on my gaming desktop. But my laptop was lagging badly. And it's an EliteBook 850, so it's certainly not low spec. Maybe the lack of a DGPU was causing it?

i know im super late, but. I always had unthrottled on for speed in citra because it never reached above 50 speed or 60. But when i used this trick the speed went to 900 💀💀

turn out v-sync is not only limiting it to 30FPS, it's also crash the game if you run cheat that increase movement speed, instant text etc.

However, I had to change the Native resolution to 06 or 1440p. Man it looks so nice and I am constantly at 30fps. Which is good enough for me. Also running it on XPS 13 Plus 32gm Ram with Intel Iris graphics.

In the game Yo-kai Watch 2, when you start the game, it reverts to 30fps and you can't play it at 60fps.😢

citra lock on 30 fps and most people find a way to unlock the fps limit not how to boost fps

Thsi worked for me on steam deck, only difference is i kept graphics settings pretty high and just turned off v-sync and im getfing 60 fps
