Depeche Mode's single "Behind the Wheel" was a commercial success, reaching the top 20 in several countries and becoming one of the band's most recognizable and beloved songs. It has been widely praised for its catchy melodies and thought-provoking lyrics. The B-side, "Route 66," is a unique cover that mixes elements of "Behind the Wheel" into the classic blues song, and it remains highly regarded by fans today.
