For people that are following this, I don't recommend doing the "snapping" fix in the second part of the lecture. It's better to create a boolean variable "EnableFootIK" and then disable it from outside in the animation blueprint based on if the character is moving or jumping.

To add for the problem of the twisted leg, I passed the existing rotation of the FootIK as the Input Transform (Just Rotation) and it fixed the issue for me

As at 13:40 mins + If you need to rotation of the feet to be slower I found you can store as a transform and split the pin to access the rotation as you cant save just the rotaion to get it working. Well happy with this tutorial really usefull and clear how to thanks.

In some of my animations the foot is placed sideways, but this ankle alignement makes it always facing front, do you know how to fix it?

my foot bone is a bit too in the back of the foot, which makes character seem like shes floating. any way ican push the trace the control of the feet a bit forward so the trace isnt so much in the heel of the foot?

A word of caution here, this technique removes all animation from the feet. So if your character has turned out feet for example this will make them point straight forward.
