Dear Brad! I discovered your channel about 6 months ago - Right after I got a professional cut that wasn't what I asked for nor what I wanted. I'm 63. I don't want a hair helmet. I don't want a bob. My hair is fine and straight and somewhat thin. I need layers! I need movement! I came home with a bob and no layers. I immediately got online and found your butterfly cut tutorial. But my hair was too short to attempt it. Thankfully, my hair grows very fast. Now, 6 months later, it was long enough to give it a go. So I did it! And I love it! Also, I listened to all your advice and WET my hair, put the front pony in between my eyebrows, tilted it down in front of my face to cut, cut off a conservative amount, then cut it a bit shorter until I have it the length I like. THANK YOU! I am a happy fan!

I did this cut at 3 a.m. with kitchen shears after not having a haircut for at least 2 years. Popped on a hair gloss and I couldn't believe I did this myself. Honestly it's the cut I always want and never end up with. Thanks Brad! 💖

Im loving #2 Elena!!! She had such GORGEOUS beautiful hair before but this cut just brought out her face features more and her hair is just so luscious looking!! Absolutely ZERO flaws... as i said before, her hair before was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. #3 Mady is very close to her... she was so cute and bubbly and this cut made her even cuter and more bubblier (if possible) 😍!!!

I do this haircut all the time following your instructions EXACTLY and it turns out perfect every time and I love it. I live in a small town where the hairdressers honestly are sooo bad.
