How about if I already have a silhouette with a transparent background, but it’s a raster image instead of vector? Is there a way to turn that raster silhouette into a vector without having to manually trace it with the pen tool?

there's no explanation what should you do to make the change to smooth lines, all i can hear is clicking sound and all the sudden they change into a smooth lines, too bad for people are new to this and miss step like this is torturing
