Concerns surround Lowry Apartments in St. Paul

Residents at the Lowry Apartments in St. Paul say they no longer feel safe.

Mayor Carter isn’t very good at his job imo. I live in Saint Paul, I see more trash, homeless people and drug addicts over here in the Midway area. Not to mention the closed businesses.

We need this help also over where I live: Wilder Square Hirise/Common Bond. 750 N. Milton. Terrible manager staff, crappy janitor cleaners. I've emailed Marsden Cleaner company, I have talked to many other tenants. Voiced our concerns. You guys should see the dirty, crappy way out building looks outside AND inside! Manager staff are whimpy; saying they can't do anything. Lies!! Common Bond company went to Marsden for all their properties, & the cleaners we've had are terrible! We go to the main office to complain, & Common Bond bigger office people don't care either. All they want is money. Rent. But yet so nothing about our complaints for last 6 years they've owned my building. Certain of us tenants see newcomers looking at apartments or actually moving in, we tell them not to rent here, or move out asap. The building is not safe. We've got the same issues as Lowery Square.
Who do we speak to at City Hall? What floor, what department? I want to set up a meeting.

This is unacceptable. They need to help these people! It's harassment from the slumlord, the tenants need to sue them. Now, get on it. Rent escrow, there's so much the tenants can do.

I think Milwaukee don’t have a homeless problem because there is young hustlers there that don’t go for bums laying around 😊 got to be productive

The public housing office inspectors if I would move there wont let me move in. And I will have to move elsewhere. The guy who was glad i wasn't moving there. Due to lies of Ames Lake Green Apartment complexes in the east side areas.
