Plotting a Line Graph with Python In VS

Followed along and it worked with no problems. I receive a popup screen when I run the file that says "C:\windows\system32\cmd.exe" and it just an empty command prompt. Doesn't impact anything but it is a little annoying. Is there any way to have thus not pop up when I run the code?
