My husband (he’s a heavy equipment mechanic) doesn’t really care a lot about my “dust collectors” lol. Until I brought home a gorgeous little uranium glass tumble up set. I sell on EBay and I was thinking I could make a good profit on it. He was blown away with how thin the glass was and the shape (just a simple classic shape) and then I pointed a black light at it. I’m not allowed to sell it now and he is currently slightly obsessed with uranium glass 🤣

To figure out percentage of in your head, always start with 10, 10%… so10% off $175 is 17.50, to get to 25%. Just multiply that number by 2.5, so 17.50 x 2 is $35 then half of 17.5 is about $9… add that to $35=$44 … that’s your total discount. 175-44= 134 … it seems like allot of steps but is so easy to do it in your head when you always start with 10…

Hello Jocelyn. I love your videos and watch them regularly. You are obviously very knowledgeable about vintage and antique objects and I have learned a lot by following your channel. I am Italian so I think you will probably not mind if I tell you that the Empoli glass bottles and bathroom containers you like so much are pronounced Empoli with the accent on the initial E . It’s like when you say “ empty” ….say Empoli with the same accent on the e and not on the o which is very short. Empoli is a beautiful southern Italian city. Anyway, hope you find that useful! Hugs!
