Facial contouring surgery is basically done to improve the contours of the face. It may be done when people want to change the way they are looking , at slight improvement in the way they look. Many things we can do to improve the way they look. One is to add some tissue or add some fillers, or to weaken the muscles by using botox, we can do some surgery like liposuction or skin tightening procedure like a face lift , eye lift, or it may be a combination of these procedures. some of the face contours may involve even the bony work , either on the cheeks, the upper jaw or the lower jaw or the teeth to make the contour of the face better. So to answer the question, there are many things like we can use the fillers, can do botox, liposuction, fat removal for certain parts of the cheeks, face lift like from the upper third or middle third face lift, lower third face lift or neck lift to improve the contours of the face, in certain cases we may even use implants to the upper cheeks , we may use implants on the lower jaw or w e may even do some bony correction surgery or bony correction surgery known as orthographic surgery to contour the face to the way you want.
