If I'm not a resident how can i benefit from buying a house? Reselling it with higher price may not be possible because of shrinking population i don't think real estate prices go up as much as other countries.
I used to work in Japan but i can't see a benefit if I'm only staying a year or two. A lot of foreigners are buying in japan nowadays can you help me understand how they benefit from that if they don't live in it?
