A sneak peek at 1/JBR project by Dubai Properties

Located at the entrance of Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), a significant residential development, 1/JBR, being developed by Dubai Properties (DP) is taking shape. A member of Dubai Holding, DP broke ground on the flagship project in March 2016.

The design for 1/JBR is created by EDGE as part of a competition to develop an innovative building concept that would provide a fresh and unique experience for residents in Dubai.

The project is scheduled to be completed by end of 2019.
