Healthy Homemade Thin Mint Cookies!

Gluten free, grain free, refried sugar free, dairy free option

It took a few trial and errors, but I mastered the recipe!! They taste even better than the Girl Scout ones too (sorry not sorry!😜)

👩🏻‍🍳INGREDIENTS:
1 1/4 cup organic almond flour
1/4 cup organic unsweetened cocoa powder
1/8 tsp fine sea salt
1/4 cup organic maple syrup
2 tbsp organic melted coconut oil or grass fed butter
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
90g or so of organic dark baking chocolate chips, melted (I use @hukitchen)

👩🏻‍🍳INSTRUCTIONS:

Bake cookies at 350°F for 10 min then dip in melted chocolate.
