It has error code 1... and when i take optifine out of the mods folder it lets me play it but then i put it back in and it come with error code 1 and the version is 1.21.1

for the people who want to add shaders in the modpack used in this video i think that there is an optifine link in the modpack's overview in the curseforge app which u can use if ur game crashes with the optifine version u downloaded gives u an error code 1, I tried it and it works for me

I am using a modpack using 1.12.2 an using complementary shader, the same one your using and everytime it crashes, is there a fix? I am also using Optifine 1.12.2.

Tried running on 1.20.1 and the optfine file I found matched correctly. It's only when I run the game it crashes with code 1

You should check out the mod Oculus that runs with forge. It reduces the chances of people having conflicts with mods and optifine.
