its like super slow, but you only need to journal an item once, and then you can use every piece of that item

*Extremely Slow Mode* = GregTech New Horizons
Mode* = Slowness 255/Walking Speed, Camera Movement and Turning, Takes Real Life Year for one Night or a Day and Zero Tickspeed + Mining Fatigue 255 + Gregtech New Horizons
