Diagnose and fix React performance issues

Have you ever encountered a performance issue in React that you didn’t know how to diagnose or fix? They encountered a major frontend performance issue within Brandfolder’s asset modal, a key piece of their platform.

These issues occurred after they implemented React’s Context API to house the state of the feature in one place, and React's useContext Hook to consume the feature’s components.
