I just wanted to say that this exercise HAS CHANGED MY LIFE!!! I been doing this for about 3 weeks 2 times a day (except sunday) and i can say that my singing its better, more supported, and its become easier for me to sing.
At first it was so hard to do or keep up with the exercise, now its a little bit easier.

I'm a professional singer. This is a hard exercise and it took me a couple of days to get up to speed. But it's a brilliant discipline. Correct support will stop straining, overblowing and otherwise damaging the cords. This exercise will repay through a lifetime's good singing and I wish music college had been as much fun as Ms P. Thank you as ever and loved your Butterfly video - you singing absolutely beautifully.

I want to report that after doing these and her other exercises steadily my vocal ability has significantly increased.
Two things to watch is vowel shape notice her mouth does not drastically change its shape and neither should yours. The other thing to watch is that the speed may be beyond your ability at first. Don’t quit simplify it for a week or two.
She sings 8 hee hee hee‘s 8 heh heh heh’s etc
So cut it in half and sing 4 along with her. Being careful to really work the air. Make it move

Then sing on your own and build up your speed.
Then try to sing at her tempo it’s ok to struggle a little

Same for all the exercises they are wonderful exercises.

She has carefully selected the exercises that do the most good.both from a foundational developmental perspective and
A maintenance angle. I do them daily, and especially before a choir rehearsal.

I have other coaches that I train with but these are my go to exercises and drills.

For those who are having trouble with this exercise: slow it down! Do it in 0.75 first then do it again on normal speed.

I’ve been making these workouts part of my daily training I do each one three times
Yesterday I sung from my organ with no microphone and the entire church heard me clearly as I pushed my sound into my mask.

These exercises work !!!!

Your energy as a human is divine. I literally can be depressed and in a terrible mood; and yet I watch your videos and can't help but smile. Your enthusiasm is SO contagious. This was an incredible workout! Seems I'm an underdeveloped extremely low bass singer. I tried this workout for the first time and I sang the fattest A1 in chest I've ever sung. I've continued this workout and I've noticed I'm able to sing lower with better resonance and the tone of my mixed vocals also improved. I'm definitely keeping this workout up.
