You are not using the right vocabulary when it comes to the plutocrats. When the plutocrats use the word "democracy", they mean "plutocracy". When the plutocrats use the word "citizen" they mean "plutocrat" as in "Citizen's United" i.e. "Plutocrats United". It's the same in the US Constitution; when the Founding Fathers used the word "citizen", they also meant plutocrat or in those days, "rich white land&slave-owner". When the plutocrats use the term "National Security", they mean "the interests of the plutocrats". That is; a threat to "National Security" is a threat to "the interests of the plutocrats". How else do you explain Obama's declaration that Venezuela is a "Threat to US National Security" to steal the natural resources. Get with the program.
