My favorite is an Element RC Enduro Gatekeeper I built from a kit. I lowered the CG by adding aluminum wheels, wheel weights and Proline Hyrax tires, widened the wheel width and lowered the shocks which makes it side hill 100% better. I added a Hobbywing QuicRun Fusion paired with a Spektrum SR 515 receiver. Crawls really slow if you want. Also added a Reefs low profile steering servo, a RC4WD mini winch and lights in the nose and recently added an 1080P FPV camera inside the cockpit. I can drive it out of line of sight without getting out of my lawn chair. It was really fun to build and is one-of-a-kind. I have way too much money in it but it is my favorite. Would really like to have a beige Axial SCX6 Honcho. What a beast after years of 10th scale. Really like my RocHobby 1/6 scale Jeep as well. My mid 60s Gi Joe fits in the thing perfectly.

G'day, guys. I would love to see you do a full review on the 1/6 RocHobby 1941 Willies Jeep. I have the cheap version of it and it is incredible what it can do, it only has shock absorbers and no leaf springs. I took it out to compete with my friend's 1/10 FMS Rock crawler and not only did it compete but it could go over and up terrane that his couldn't. He wasn't happy because up until now I had nothing that could compete with his. A BIG thank you to RocHobby for the 1/6 scale 1941 Willies Jeep.

I'm blessed I have a grandson that I'm so grateful to share this rc hobby with.I have several rc jeeps, and several other 10th scale rc crawlers. But my favorite are those old 90s classic Newbright rc Ford lighting trucks.I love the detailed interiors and enjoy taking out the old antiquated electronics and upgrading them with today's electronics I use mostly the hobby wing 1080 esc's and a 4 to 6 channel radio and receivers. To run everything from the new lighting kits and sound systems and I figured out how to mount a steering servo for both the turning and moving steering wheels with a 12inch driver with working windshield wipers now that took some figuring out.Just got one of those fms 10th scale jeep looking rigs and I'm at this moment replacing the plastic axels with metal ones and have other awesome upgrades to add in the near future to improve its performance that it's lacking. However for the price I can't complain because of the fantastic details.Lacking quality but I'll make it much better that out of the case stock form.Merry Christmas and that's for all the hard work you guys do to make these fantastic videos.God bless you and your family

The Axial Scorpion AX10. Mine was a kit, I put 4ws on it and it was just a great all around crawler. The articulation and crawling ability was great. Plus it came with a betty body. To me there is a big difference between the crawler chassis of the og rigs and railed trucks of today, I don't group them together as rock crawlers. That's just my personal view. With that said I love them all and they're all tons of fun.

I waited and got the scx10 iii kit and put $1000 into it! Then I waited some more and bought the scx24 bronco, got $500 into that one so far! Scx6 next!

other than the servo the SCX6 has been my favorite purchase of the year, and i've spent probably 7 grand on RC cars this year. my only regret is not waiting to get the honcho but i had no idea they would come out with that version when the jeep was released. i finally had my first repair after several hours of abuse, my wheel hubs stripped out and a wheel hex destroyed itself but it was only about a $50 fix. i needed to drain all the water from my wheel foams anyways so it wasnt a big deal. i just wish this rig had more tire choices

GREAT CHOICES!! Don't think I brought any big crawlers this year, so I anxiously await for the mini/micro crawler episode!! For what it's worth, my FAVORITE 1/10 crawler is the Vaterra 1972 Chevy K10 pickup Ascender from 2018!! Lol!! Thanks Saylors for your HONEST opinions!! 💟👍😘

Personally I would love the SCX6 Honcho. I love the truck with the flat bed look.

But I do like the WIlly's Jeep, as scale is one of my things, and may pick one up.

My all time favourite crawler is the Feiyue FY06, that 6 wheel drive monstrosity. I found short of a vehicle wall, there was not much that this beast couldn't crawl over. And when you hit the high rate, it was as fast as many bashers as well! Like many RC vehicles, I tested my FY06 to destruction, and need to rebuild it. Parts are available, even on Amazon Canada. Maybe a project for the spring...

Great video! I got an absima sherpa myself and it is an absolute beast! Low and high gear transmission, portal axles and independent diff locks make it really capable.

Love your videos, even though I know your a bit prejudice against TRAXXAS, RC vehicles, because you don't do any videos of them. TRAXXAS does make some really great rc's. I saw an old video where you tried a Stampede, and your right those are not too good. The best CRAWLERS are the new Traxxas TRX 4 high trail edition, and the Traxxas Summit, which has been around for years.

Got a trx4 new bronco this pass summer and it’s awesome as expected, put a treal diff cover on it and now it stays stable while climbing straight up
