First & Foremost We have to gradually still de Mind which is part of purication of our minds.
When thru' practise & spritual disciplines ( & pranayam breath control) we perfectly still & control of mind. . . . it becomes so pure that de same purified stilled mind . .. . it helps us transcend de body mind itself that we are soo identified with always. The prified Mind is then a fit instrument to soar higher within to achieve our Goal 🎉 ❤ 🎉
