In this example problem, we solve an angle-angle-side AAS case of a triangle by using the law of sines. We find a missing side length by setting up the law of sines and multiplying to isolate the variable for the side length. The resulting fraction is input into our calculator (in degree mode) to get an approximation. We calculate the missing angle by subtracting the two known angles from 180 degrees. The law of sines is used a second time to set up an equation and solve for the remaining side length. Each part of this process is explained and written out step-by-step.

This is an example of solving a non-right triangle as our triangle does not contain a 90 degree angle.
