22:45 The last video was someone responding to a DM they got. The DM said that the only reason they draw well is because of their expensive supplies. The author of the video used the opportunity to say that it doesn't matter how expensive your supplies are and that sometimes limiting yourself to fewer or cheaper tools might aid to your creative process.
The comments are trying to agree, I guess.

Every time I see those "Wrong Right" tutorials I laugh. Like i remember seeing a "wrong" wrist pose in a tutorial and bc I have hyper mobility I could do that "wrong" wrist pose EASILY. These Right / Wrong tutorials are extremely oversimplified or downright wrong sometimes.

It goes to show that the phrase "those that can't do, teach" comes from people not understanding that teaching IS a skill in itself and being good at something doesn't guarantee that you will be as good as passing on that ability to others.
