TUI Family Life Flamingo Beach Playa Blanca Lanzarote

Video showing the insects in my family apartment where my wife and two kids have paid the privilege of holidaying and sleeping. Reception have helpfully left a can of insect spray in the room and that’s it.

Come on TUI, you need to step up and sort this out. This is unacceptable, you wouldn’t expect your family to be put up in accommodation like this would you?

Not to mention the lack of child seat for an infant under 1 year old on the transfer despite being promised one on 3 occasions.
