For the first boss, I think a good strategy is to have the towers with high damage and low health in the front, and towers with high health in the back (because the boss' health decreases with its damage, so towers with high damage will greatly reduce its damage at the start, and it will do way less damage to towers in the back.

I feel like increased tower rarity in the shop is the best level up bonus, otherwise uncommon and rare towers just don't feel viable because they're way too rare. seeing more towers in the shop is also by far the worst because the gold for 2 rerolls will always show you more towers than +1 shop slot ever will.

Mosquito build is probably my favorite so far, they can get surprisingly big if you combo them with frogs + princess, and frogs function like bees should where they add mosquitos to the shop instead of replacing, really hope bee towers get buffed for release because for now they're actively bad even in a bee build.

having about 100 hours in this game i can proudly say i broke it a few times with now patched bugs. At example cow towers once doubled the hp and attack of milk towers when being upgraded or placed on the field. Meaning you could have a milk tower with about 3 Million hp and 600 thousand attack. It was wild and there is a reason why this was patched out.
