Leftover Pulled Pork Chili with Ray | REC TEC Grills

Chop the following:
2 large onions
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1/2 green bell pepper
2 jalapeno pepper
Mix into pot with:
2 T butter
2 T olive oil
Grill at 400 for 1 hour stirring every 20 minutes

Mix together the following:
1 can black beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can chili beans
1 can kidney beans
2 teas roasted garlic
1 T beef base
1/2 cup marinara
1/2 cup chunky salsa
1 C bbq sauce
2 packets of McCormick's chili mix

Combine that mixture with the vegetable mixture on the grill.

Allow to cook for another 45 minutes, stirring once.

Add leftover pulled pork and cook for 4-5 hours at 350 stirring occasionally.

Looks amazing, i need a Dutchoven/campoven. What are chillibeans? Will do this on the WSM cheers. I see this video is 8 years old. Do you still make it the same way?

Had some leftover pulled pork, found a large Dutch oven today at the second hand store, did this recipe on the green egg minus the red pepper, insane how good this chilli is! Unbelievable!
