Waterwind Magazine, thank you very much for the post! :) It is super nice (and rare) to see how people are tacking from a more downwind, back-winded setting!

Imho it might it be easier to go around the sail on a downwind or normal reach than with a really windward/upwind tack, due to sail positioning and body inclination that are possible/easier in a back-winded tack :)
