My first car was a 92 325is. But I've always dreamed of owning a e36 m3. last year I was able to purchase one! It's a 1995 alpine white m3 with a slicktop. It has a long journey to be were I want it to be at. That's what that turbo would be going on 😍. Good luck to all that enter to win it!

Ratios are the same, you just get an overdrive 6th. What you should do is throw on a rearend from the E36 325iA (automatic trans) as it is a 3.91 gear. It will make it a rocketship and that 6th gear will make sense on the highway. I did just that years ago and blew everybodies doors off.

My dad just bought a e46 m3 and I'm so addicted to the power. I've had my e36 328i vert for almost a year and the plan was always to turbo. I'm about to do a standalone and then the car will be ready for a turbo setup.

Can't wait to see the end result on the 6 speed swap. I have the same issue here in SC with running 80-90 mph on the interstate with the annoying high RPM. Going to boost my 97 M3 coupe and your turbo would be a welcomed addition. I enjoy the channel and keep up the good content!!!!

When I was doing research about buying an e36 as my first car 2 years ago, I came across your channel and that's kinda what sold me on the car. I now have owned my 98 328i (In arctic silver!) sedan with a 5 speed ever since. What's funny is I was going a bunch of research a few days ago on what I'd need to turbo the car, since that's what I've been wanting to do all along.

Oh baby I would totally put that on my 92 325is E36! I created a Frankenstein engine from an M50 non Vanos using 3.0 rotating assembly, and I did a very similar 6 speed swap! The head came with a pair of pretty hot Schrick Cams and a Euro M3 stainless header on it. I managed to squeak out 215 horsepower to the wheels with a W.A.R. chip ....but adding that turbo would bring it up probably close to 300 which is exactly where it needs to be! Holy hell that would RULE!

When I was looking for a first fun non-daily driver car to buy, I found your channel. It was after a few of your videos when I decided to buy an e36 myself! I purchased myself a shockingly cheap 328i and loved it. While its great, it does need a bit of a bump in power, even after the NA modifications I've done to it. Next step is forced induction, and boy, this turbo would defenitly do the job!
