I´ve used this to split my own voice and acoustic guitar and the result was actually nice. the voice became clean and I was able to treat it separately from the guitar in a complex mix with other instruments. Sometimes is nicer to sing while you are playing your guitar, for your inspiration during lively full performance.

Well this is useful. You could easily sample using this tool! Imagine creating a whole new music video using lalal AI and then Bluewillow for graphics. Sounds pretty nice!

I would love something that could stem out old productions of mine so i can remix them into something more finished. But I get the idea it will not work well with complexly layered electronic music

I am sorry if this question maybe off topic but can you tell me how I can take an instrument channel in Cubase 12 pro and not make it into a stereo track. It seems no mater what I do it makes it a stereo track. I could route it to a mono bus but I like to cut down on tracks. I am using it to isolate drums in Superior Drummer 3 so I can compress them with hardware .

A.I. had me VERY excited 10-20 years ago, but as of 2023, I have a very bad feeling about it. Behind every development seems to be the eventual irrelevance of a human or company involved in the creative arts. In this case, it's going to be the end of Karaoke production companies (which hire musicians, producers, etc). Everyone, including me, naturally prefers to perform to the original recording so of course this and SpectraLayers is exciting tech! But if I move beyond my candy-store moment, my visionary eyes can't help see the dark side of where this is going to lead to.... BUT... To end this on a POSITIVE NOTE--> ALOT of songs are NOT available as karaoke versions so this allows us to create what is not available, and THAT is great!

Brilliant, Im up for AI assistance in all things but of course you do still need use your own ears and observations.For a second my paranoia was thinking I hope Chris is not really AI but then at least he knows what hes doing so thats ok lolol .Anyway I've gone to their site and registrated

I don’t find these type of tools useful and I really am anti Ai in any form especially with music it’s a lazy way to do things.
