Daily Devotional and Reflection:

Ephesians 3:16 (NKJV):
"That He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man."

Each new day brings opportunities and challenges, but we don’t have to face them alone. When we invite the Holy Spirit into our day, we welcome His strength, wisdom, and peace. He is not just a distant force but a personal guide, sent by God to help us in every aspect of our lives. His presence calms our anxieties, strengthens us when we are weak, and fills us with the wisdom to make decisions that honor God.

The Holy Spirit was given to us as a Helper, as Jesus promised. By inviting Him into our moments—both big and small—we experience a life filled with divine purpose, empowered to live boldly for Christ. Today, ask Him to fill your heart with peace and lead your steps with His wisdom. He will give you the strength to overcome every obstacle and the peace to trust God's plan.

Please pray that every evil attack on my mind trying to take away my peace be destroyed, help me to put all my trust and confidence in God and the good plans he has for my life. I pray that anyone else dealing with mental health issues are able to overcome them through the power of God’s Holy Spirit. I pray for the Holy Spirit to speak to m, youngest son who is living through a very hard time and living with fear and sickness. He does pray but I know like us all we need the Holy Spirit to guide and be with us all the time. In addition, I pray for my other son who is not a child of God.
