Honestly when you think about it; you’re playing as a STUDENT and she’s a professor,

Initially, she was using standard offensive spells which clearly weren’t doing a ton to the troll, HOWEVER, the moment the troll turned its attention to the student, she used the quickest and most effective way to dispatch of the troll while simultaneously negating the risk of potentially having a student be harmed.

That’s honestly a really clever detail
