Works every time on my Pixel 3. Doesn't generally work on my wife's iPhone. Elsewhere I read you must be running Mi Fit software on the iPhone before it will work. Kind of a catch-22.

The only thing I don't like is that when you have to find your mi band 4 you can't hear it because it only vibrates. I would build it with a tiny speaker
