Schindler 3300 XL Elevator at 103 North Pleasant Dr, Aliquippa, PA

This is a 2019 3300 XL that my mom discovered when she had an appointment in this building. It is a medical building with a few offices and the Western PA Surgery Center. This is a nice install. I haven't seen a 3300 XL in person with a cab like this one. I'm not sure why they needed an XL, as the Surgery Center is the only tenant that would need the large cab, but they are on the first floor. This also only goes 150 FPM (exact speed I measured: 143 FPM). It also weirdly does not have the floor passing chime.

Probably because it’s the only elevator in the building so they’d need something that can double as a passenger and freight elevator
