The GFB bov really sounds much better with it being partially release to atmosphere! You get the signature turbo whoosh whoosh noises!

Love your shop! Just installed this on my 14 MR this weekend. I did it more because the car needed it rather than wanting to sound like a shitty Focus ST lol. It solved a lot of issues I had from running 30lbs of boost on the OEM BPV, now I don't get idle stumble, no more mid-exhaust back fires and spool up is way sharper at 3000rpm. Also noticed I get no surge or flutter at low load driving which is a massive plus. Probably should have went with the Tial QJR in hind sight, but the Respons seems like the most easily adjustable and it is defintely well built.

I love my gfb had one for many year I use mostly recirculation as it's illegal to vent to air in Australia but it depends on how I'm driving if I remove the plug and vent it out I love gfb products.

Idk wtf happened with mine but my evo x 2014 started running super rich today after doing this. I set the “+, -“ back to the flush position the way it came in the box and the gas smell went away. I had no rough idle or any engine problems other than smelling a crap load of fuel

What is the final position of the screw for the preload that you are running now? Is it the 3mm above flush still?

Boomba by pass vavle gives you the stu stu noise that one is going on my 2021st 😅😁

Did you notice any boost spike? I’m tuned at 24.5- 25 psi ( I have seen 26 psi with my stock bov) but today I installed the GFB and I saw 28 psi spike a couple times not always thought, any ideas ? Does the spring tension has anything to do with the spike? Thanks

I'm using a HKS BOV in my Evo X. Recently I have been getting idling issues or its very lumpy. Will this help?
